The registration process at Advanced Care Training, LLC. is a simple and straightforward process. You may search for classes from our main page using the state links
at the bottom of that page, or you may search for classes under the class registration page.
Once you find the class you are looking for click the submit button next to the class to begin the registration process.
Upon clicking the submit button, you are then presented with all of the details for that class. If the class is still open, you will see a registration link at the bottom of the table. If the class is full the registration link will dissapear. In this event, the site administrator is sent an email with the option to extend the registration or to create a new class.
Assuming that the class is open, and you follow the registration link, you are presented with a limited number of fields you are required to fill out. All fields on this screen are mandatory and are required to complete the payment process. This screen is also where you will enter any promo codes. Promotional codes are published in certain flyers and on certain advertisements and may be for percent off, or fixed amount discounts. In the event of an valid code, you will see only the total discounted amount.
Selecting the continue to confirm button, will present you with a final screen that displays all the class information, as well as your contact information. Assuming everything is correct, you may now select the Pay Now button and continue to PayPal to complete registration. Paying for the class will present you with a transaction completed summary similar to the one below.
In order to place youself on the registered students list, you MUST click the orange bar. Your registration will fail if you do not click this bar. At this point there is no way to recover this link under your PayPal account or email reciept. The site administrator will recieve a copy of this link and can restore your registration. It is important that if this part of the process fails to notify info@advancedcaretraining.com as soon as possible as you need to secure your position. This function has been thouroughly tested and has not yet failed, however some things do go wrong from time to time.
